Full Dress Rehearsal of 57th Convocation

All the graduates who are participating in the convocation are advised to collect their invitation cards from the campus on or before rehearsal day (October 26, 2018). Only those graduates will be allowed to attend the convocation who have received their Invitation Card.

Compulsory full-dress rehearsal will be held at the campus on Friday, October 26, 2018 at 03:00 PM. Only those graduates shall be allowed to attend the convocation who will attend the rehearsal.

Students should receive their Gowns from photocopier shop on October 26, 2018 at 02:30 pm by depositing refundable security of Rs.1,500/-. Gowns must be returned after Convocation ceremony to photocopier shop. Security will be forfeited if any student fails to return gown by Tuesday, October 30, 2018.

Convocation Procession will be prepared on 1st floor on the day of rehearsal (Friday, October 26, 2018). Graduates are advised to report at the main desk in basement outside computer Lab#01 at 09:30 am on Saturday, October 27, 2018 for their attendance & other quires.
