Job Description

The University is looking for young and passionate professionals for the following positions. Details are as under:

Assistant Manager (Media)

Qualification: BS/BBA (preferably in Business or Computing).
Requirements: Experience of developing contents for Social/Electronic Media/Websites, Magazine/Newsletter, and Good Written/Oral communication Skills.
Experience: Preferably Two years of relevant experience

Assistant Librarian

Qualification: MLIS
Requirements: Candidate should have experience in management, administration and operations of a library. Knowledge of IT applied in library and research settings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Applicants having knowledge of Machine Readable Catalogue (MARC), Integrated Library System (ILS), Library of Congress Subject Heading (LCSH), and Anglo American Cataloging Rules (AACR-II) would be given preference.
Experience: Minimum Two years of experience, preferably in an academic setup

Assistant Officer (Accounts)

Qualification: BBA/BCom/BS(A&F)
Requirements: He/She should have effective written/oral communication skills and proficiency in using computer applications (MS office etc). The candidate should be experienced in dealing with tax matters (tax deduction, submission, E-filing etc), handling banking and petty cash transactions
Experience: Two years (Minimum) of relevant experience in the field of Accounts & Finance.

Assistant Officer (Academics)

Qualification: MBA/BBA
Requirements: He/She must have strong data processing, communication skills and proficiency in computer applications. He/she should have working experience of Academic Office (managing/handling course registrations, time tables, academic record, office correspondence, queries / issues of students etc)
Experience: Three years relevant experience, preferably in a university.

Assistant (Lab)

Qualification: FA/ FSc/ DAE (Hardware/IT) or IT related degree
Requirements: Candidate should have hands on experience of Networking, system maintenance, ducting, drilling, IT equipment installation & mounting and troubleshooting of hardware / software / CCTV cameras and other related skills required in Computer Lab.
Experience: Two years relevant experience in IT.

Technician (Lab)

Qualification: DAE (Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Hardware)
Requirements: He/She should have knowledge of maintaining and repairing of test & measuring equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators and training systems etc). He/She should have good communication skills and should be proficient in using computer applications.
Experience: One year relevant experience in Engineering Lab
