You would be pleased to know that FAST-NU, Chiniot - Faisalabad Campus is organizing its second convocation for awarding degrees to the graduates on:Date: Saturday, March 10, 2018Venue: Chiniot-Faisalabad Campus, Loonaywala Stop (9 Km from Motorway Interchange, Faisalabad –Chiniot Road, Chiniot. Graduates of the following batches are cordially invited to attend the convocation:
- BS (CS) (Batch -2013)
- BBA (Batch -2013)
- BS(A&F) (Batch-2013)
- MS (CS) (Batch- 2015)
- MS (EE) (Batch-2015)
- MBA-1.5 Year (Batch- 2015 & 2016)
Full dress rehearsal is compulsory for graduating students of the above mentioned disciplines that will be held at CFD campus on9th March 2018 at 03:00 PM.
Registration fee: Rs. 2,500/- which covers the cost of participation in the convocation, gown’s rent and refreshments for a graduate and his/her parents.
Fee can be deposited in any Bank Alfalah Branch, in favour of NUCES, account# 5511-5000142869.
Fee can also be paid in cash, in the Accounts Office during office hours (09:00 AM – 04:30 PM).
No graduate will be allowed to attend the convocation and respective rehearsal without paying fee. Attire will be issued on the day of rehearsal after collecting security (refundable) of Rs.1000/-.
All graduates are advised to register themselves on the prescribed forms available at NU website, Slate portal and also available at the campus, the same is attached as well.

Kindly submit following documents as well in respective departmental academic office OR send the scan copies of the following documents at academics.fsd@nu.edu.pkfor proper registration and confirmation of seats, latest by Monday, March 05, 2018 positively.
